The Hunters Run West project is located at West 22nd Street and Cascade Avenue on the west side of Loveland, Colorado. The project was annexed into the City of Loveland in 1981. The property is being processed through the City of Loveland as two filings. Both filings are in the final stages of approval for the Final Plats, Final Development Plans, and construction plans. The subdivision will contain a total of 451 lots with 103 lots sized 75’ wide, 265 lots sized 65’ wide, and 83 townhome lots.
